Care Instructions

Please take note that our accessories are not meant for rough wear and all damages to the accessories due to chewing/exposure to dirt/etc will not be eligible for complimentary restoration services. Tsumami Kanzashi is an intricate and delicate craft and should be taken care of.

Restoration Policy

All restoration services for products caused by rough wear and handling will be subjected to a $5 fee per item and the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges both ways. Restoration requests may be rejected if the accessory was beyond salvage.
